Networking By Phone
We have developed a network of contacts with whom we have strong relationships. We are able to get in contact with these individuals personally and many times they are able to refer us to people under the radar that may not be on social media sites or who have not posted their resumes online.
Through Social Media
All of our recruiters are actively working through social media to locate new talent. We recognize the potential of finding talent through this avenue and know how to best search within each site. We use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and many other lesser known sites that are unique to the specialties we recruit in.
Cold Calling
We know that some talent can only be found by picking up the phone and calling companies that are your direct competitors. Some of our recruiters were doing this before the internet and social media were available. Our staff knows how to discover people who are not found through these means.
